With many years of experience in manufacturing and management, Milko Vachev is a key figure in the establishment and development of the company. His strategic approach and strong focus on quality have laid the solid foundations of Phytopharma as a reliable manufacturing partner. Under his leadership, the company follows the principles of transparency, sustainable development, and high manufacturing standards.

His role includes all activities outside R&D and production – business development, entering new markets, and expanding existing partnerships. Ivan Vachev is responsible for the strategic positioning of the company and the development of long-term partnerships. Under his leadership, Phytopharma has built a network of partners in more than 30 countries across Europe, Asia, North America, and Africa, and the company continues to actively expand its presence in new markets.

Mila Vacheva is the Production Director at Phytopharma, with a strong scientific background and international experience. She holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Salford and a Master’s degree in Pharmacognosy from University College London. Her professional career began in the R&D department of GlaxoSmithKline in the United Kingdom, where she worked on the development of pharmaceutical inhalation dosage forms. Since joining the company in 2014, she has been responsible for product development, production management, implementation of new technologies, and quality control, contributing to the development of over 200 formulations for international partners.
