"FITOFARMA" EAD is a commercial company, registered in the commercial register at the Registry Agency of the Republic of Bulgaria with UIC: 208259786 and correspondence address: village of Oreshak, 5630, Lovech region, 123 Stara Planina Street.
The company carries out its activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Personal Data Protection Act.
"FITOFARMA" EAD is registered with the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
This electronic page, including its applications, maintained by "FITOFARMA" EAD, is purely informational. Our efforts to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the information presented guarantee its up-to-date nature and veracity, insofar as it originates from us or is provided in the proper legal manner by a third source.

ORDERS, PAYMENT CONDITIONS, DELIVERY, FULFILLMENT
The online store of "FITOFARMA" EAD accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each selected product is placed in the cart. Before confirming the order, the User can review the cart, correct the quantity and information, and then confirm it.
By selecting products and confirming the order, the User undertakes to pay its final price. After the request, the online store system sends an email confirming receipt of the order.
As an alternative form of order, requests made by phone 06952/2292 or by email info@phytopharma.eu are accepted.
Ordered products can be delivered within 14 working days. If the ordered products cannot be delivered, "FITOFARMA" EAD will contact the user and provide him with information regarding the replacement of the ordered products or the possibilities of returning the price paid by the User.
The delivery of the ordered products is organized by "FITOFARMA" EAD through a courier chosen by the merchant. The merchant sends the products to the address specified by the user.
Order fulfillment may be delayed due to any of the following reasons:
Lack of availability of the ordered goods;
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address or contact phone number for the User.
"FITOFARMA" EAD is not responsible for non-compliance with delivery times if the recipient of the delivery was not found at the delivery address within the working day when the products were supposed to be delivered. In case of untimely delivery, "FITOFARMA" EAD does not owe compensation to the user.
Prices and payment method
The final price of the order is the total amount of the prices of all ordered products, including the delivery price, indicated separately.
All prices are in EURO with VAT included and are not subject to change from the moment of ordering to the moment of payment.
The accepted payment methods are as follows:
Cash on delivery – When the User selects this payment method, an order with a number and final price is created. Payment for the order is made to the courier upon delivery.
Payment by card.
The delivery price is according to the tariff of the courier company used.
Free delivery applies to orders with a total value over 25.56 EURO.
Delivery is carried out by Speedy and Econt courier companies, at the User's choice.
"FITOFARMA" EAD does not fulfill orders outside the territory of Bulgaria.
In case of delay in delivery, regardless of the reasons, "FITOFARMA" EAD undertakes to notify the User about this and to indicate a new delivery date.
Consumer rights under the CPA to withdraw from the contract. Conditions for exercise:
The User can cancel their order before it is prepared for delivery by courier or delivered to the address specified by the User - by a special written statement to info@phytopharma.eu.
The User has the right to check the content of their order before accepting it from the courier company.
The User has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason, without owing compensation or penalty and without paying any costs, within 14 days, counting from the date of acceptance of the goods by the consumer or by a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer – in case of a sales contract, or:
a) when the consumer has ordered many goods with one order, which are delivered separately, counting from the date on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer, accepts the last item from the order. b) in case of delivery of goods consisting of multiple batches or parts, counting from the date on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer, accepts the last batch or part of the order;
When the consumer exercises their right to withdraw from the contract, the consumer must send or hand over the goods to us, which must necessarily be with undamaged packaging integrity and preserved good commercial appearance, back, without undue delay and no later than 14 days, counting from the date of receipt of the goods. The deadline is considered met if the consumer sends or hands over the goods back to us before the expiration of the 14-day period.
In this case, the User pays only the direct costs for returning the goods, as well as the additional costs for delivery of the goods, when the user has explicitly chosen a method of delivery of the goods other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by the merchant.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer fills out and sends electronically, through our website, an unambiguous statement of withdrawal from the contract, which can be sent to info@phytopharma.eu.
It is considered that the User has exercised their right to withdraw from the contract if they have sent us a notice of exercise of their right of withdrawal before the expiration of the above-mentioned period.
In case the User has exercised their right to withdraw from the contract, the User must return the goods in their original packaging, with undamaged integrity and unused.
Failure to comply with these conditions, "FITOFARMA" EAD reserves the right to refuse to accept the returned goods and, accordingly, not to refund the full amount paid by the User.
In case the User has exercised their right to withdraw from the contract, "FITOFARMA" EAD refunds the amount of the value of the product(s) within 30 days, by bank transfer to a personal bank account specified by the user. All expenses incurred by the User for receiving and returning the purchased goods remain at their expense.
The User has no right to withdraw from the contract in cases of:
- delivery of goods which, due to their nature, may deteriorate or have a short shelf life;
- for the delivery of sealed goods which have been unsealed after their delivery and cannot be returned for reasons related to hygiene or health protection;
- for the delivery of goods which, after being delivered and due to their nature, have been mixed with other goods from which they cannot be separated;
Complaint handling
At the specified communication addresses, you can submit complaints, make statements regarding your orders, submit complaints regarding the work of specific employees of ours, as well as make recommendations, in order to improve the service.
These will be reviewed in a timely manner, depending on their specific subject.
