Cod liver oil is a source of natural Vitamins A and D and Omega-3 essential unsaturated fatty acids.

A main component of fish oil is Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), which is an important fatty acid for the cardiovascular system.

The essential Docosahexaenoic fatty acid (DHA), contained in cod liver oil, supports the brain function of the body.
